Welcome to

Pathfinder Research and Training Foundation

The Center for Bioinformatics, Computational and Systems Biology functioning under the aegis of Pathfinder Research and Training Foundation is a state-of-the-art platform for researchers to perform wide range of research activities including, but not limited to: Big data analysis, whole genome analysis, metagenomics, analysis of genes, proteins, and metabolic networks, structural biology, protein and nucleotide sequence analysis, large scale cell imaging, machine learning and engineering software development.  The mission of the center is to excel and lead in scientific research, training and in creating a new, broad and interdisciplinary view of computational and systems biology. The center brings together scientists and engineers from various fields, including computer science, biology, mathematics, statistics and physics, all of whom share a common interest in gaining a better understanding of how life works.
